Velocity Gear Returns & Exchanges

We build our gear to perform. If for any reason it’s not right for you, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • The product must not show signs of use (including odor, creasing, or surface damage)

Note: Velocity Gear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. Refused returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  • Full-price and sale items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable)
  • Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval

Exchanges

If you need a different size or weight:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Confirm eligibility
Ensure your item meets the return conditions above.
  2. Prepare your details
You will need your order number and the email used at checkout.
  3. Submit your request
Visit our returns portal and follow the instructions provided.
  4. Package your item securely
Use protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  5. Ship using a tracked service
We strongly recommend a prepaid, traceable shipping method.
Velocity Gear is not responsible for parcels lost without proof of delivery.
  6. Inspection & processing
Once received and approved, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange.
